Hello! I received my massage certification from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. In addition I am a NASM certified personal trainer with various certifications, but specialize in corrective exercise to address various issues (hip pain, knee pain, back pain, neck pain, etc) by combining condition specific massage therapy techniques with corrective exercise for health restoration. I am currently in the process of applying to accept insurance.
