With a passion for wellness, I specialize in a variety of massage techniques, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Medical Massage. Whether helping dancers recover during rehearsals, offering office massage for stress relief, or providing massage therapy in the comfort of a client's home, my goal is to create a safe space where clients can relax, heal, and rejuvenate. When I'm not helping clients feel their best, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, which keeps me grounded and reminds me of the importance of balance in life. Sharing moments with my loved ones further reinforces the values of connection and self-care I bring to my practice.  I am inspired by the body's natural ability to heal and restore itself, and it's my passion to support that process with compassion and skill.
