Lynn C. Vessells

I have been practicing as a massage therapist here in Lynchburg for 23 years.  I am nationally and state certified in my field, and I am also a registered nurse (not currently working in nursing).I blend modalities depending on the needs of my clients, using a lot of St. John's and Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (trigger point work included), Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Soft Tissue Release (Stuart Taws Sports Massage), and Swedish. I am also certified in Pregnancy Massage.I enjoy seeing adults of all ages and work with people in need of both pain relief and relaxation.  I don't believe that massage has to be painful to be of benefit.
