I am a child of God, a wife, and a mother of two lovely daughters ages 17 and 19 years old. When I'm not in massage, I love spending time with my family, hiking, walking, cooking, and reading the Bible. I am passionate about Jesus, healthy living, and wellness and I love researching everything!

Providing the service of massage is deeply rewarding to me. I know from firsthand experience how beneficial and therapeutic massage can be on many levels. I am an empathetic listener and I will provide a safe space for your needs. I am trained in several modalities, specializing in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, and Injury Recovery.
