Sara Reynolds

Sara holds a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training from Longwood University. She became a certified Athletic Trainer in 2009, and soon after expanded her expertise by earning her Massage Therapy certification that same year. This dual foundation in both clinical and therapeutic care has shaped her comprehensive approach to bodywork.

With a passion for helping people through manual therapy, Sara specializes in deeper modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. Her technique is intentional and responsive—using slow, precise strokes to access deeper muscle layers while always respecting the client’s comfort and muscular readiness. Whether you need restorative care or focused therapeutic work, she adapts her touch to meet the body’s needs.

In addition to her advanced massage techniques, Sara is trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)—a gentle, rhythmic modality that supports the body’s natural ability to reduce swelling and promote healing.

Sara is especially passionate about working with athletes, combining her knowledge of injury prevention, recovery, and performance with hands-on therapy and personalized self-care guidance. Her toolbox includes deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, rotator cuff release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, medical massage, and MLD.
