I have been in practice since 1996. I love helping people to understand their bodies and release their pain. I use whatever techniques are most effective on your issues at any given time; usually I find that the lighter touch techniques such as craniosacral and Lymphatic work are more precise and longer lasting. If you are interested, I will show you what we are doing on anatomical models and drawings--but I won't force it on you! Sessions are 90 minutes, and are mostly clothed. Please wear loose or stretchy clothing.
