I’m Janel McKinney, a passionate and multifaceted wellness practitioner dedicated to supporting whole-person healing—physically, emotionally, and foundationally. I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT) in 2004, which laid the groundwork for a lifelong journey into holistic health and therapeutic care.I began my career with a private, part-time practice out of my home, creating a calm and intentional space where clients could experience the restorative power of therapeutic touch. That early work shaped my belief that true healing happens when the body feels safe, supported, and understood.My commitment to holistic wellness expanded over time. In 2012, I earned my Health Coaching certification, allowing me to guide clients through sustainable lifestyle and wellness changes. In 2015, I completed my Family Herbalogy certification, deepening my understanding of plant-based and traditional approaches to supporting the body.From 2022 through 2025, I completed advanced study in bloodwork analysis and Foundational Healing, integrating functional lab interpretation with systems-based, root-cause support. This training allows me to help clients better understand what their labs are communicating and how different body systems interact, rather than addressing symptoms in isolation.Today, my work blends therapeutic massage, bloodwork insight, foundational healing principles, and holistic education to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies and making informed, empowered choices about their health.Whether you’re seeking hands-on therapeutic care, guidance through bloodwork results, or a more integrative approach to healing, I tailor each experience to your individual needs.
