As a licensed massage and stretch therapist, I employ a variety of techniques aimed at promoting relaxation, relieving tension, and enhancing overall well-being. With a background in anatomy and physiology, I tailor each session to meet the specific needs of my clients. Deep tissue massage is one of my specialties, involving firm pressure and slow strokes to target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This technique is particularly effective for releasing chronic tension and addressing muscular imbalances. I also utilize trigger point therapy and Swedish massage as well. In addition to traditional massage techniques, I also offer assisted passive stretching to help clients increase flexibility and mobility. During these sessions, I gently guide clients through a series of stretches, focusing on lengthening tight muscles and improving joint function. My approach to therapy is holistic, taking into account not only the physical aspects of health but also the emotional and energetic components. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can relax, rejuvenate, and restore balance to both body and mind.
