Balanced Synergistic Massage
About
I have been massage therapist since October 2012. I absolutely love being massage therapist as I get to help people find their way back home into their bodies while allowing them to feel safe, heard, and protected while giving an effective massage that delivers results! My style is rather fluid and relaxing, even when I do deep tissue. My philosophy is to keep your body in the relaxed state (parasympathetic state) so your muscles will naturally relax on their own which allows me to work out the adhesions and knots more effectively. I also encourage you to take ownership of your body and feel empowered in all aspects of your life! That is my goal for you. Hope to see you on my table soon! I specialize in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Orthopedic Ashiatsu, Sarga Bodywork, Table Thai Massage and stretching. Please use my online booking system for massage requests!
