My passion lies in facilitating healing and balance, while teaching my clients how to claim their power in regards to their health and functionality. I always urge my clients to go deeper, to avoid taking a symptom at face value. The symptom has a cause, a deeper root issue, that needs to be addressed. I believe in a holistic approach to health + wellness; from nutrition + hydration to bodywork & energy work. My approach to bodywork is equal parts methodical, anatomical, & energetic. Listening to the client and truly hearing what their needs are in the realm of body + energy work is vital- from aromatherapy to style of technique to pounds of pressure used. While working I tune into and listen to the energy of the client in order to  provide the best possible outcome for the bodies conscious and subconscious needs.
