My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where people can find relief and healing. To accomplish this, I have a deeply result-driven approach, specializing in advanced modalities such as Deep Tissue work, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Structural Massage, and postural assessments. Together with the Emotion Code and the Body Code, I address the immediate concerns, and look beyond symptoms for the potential need of deeper healing. Through addressing problem areas, structural concerns and postural imbalances, I seek to bring the body back into balance and alignment.
