Hi there! My name is Meghan Stern, and I am a Medical Massage Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. I am certified in Orthopedic Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, sports massage, pre- and postnatal massage, and pre- and post-surgical scar and joint care.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent five years as a personal trainer and eight years as a group fitness instructor. I also teach yoga as a Certified Yoga Instructor.

My experience includes working as an Orthopedic Massage Therapist, providing in-home travel massage for individuals with severe disabilities, and now serving as a Personal Massage Therapist.

I am also a mom.
