Every BODY is made the same,but not everybody feels the same , all BODIES are ABLE to move in the same ways, however most BODY'S parts are not AVAILABLE YET , to move the way the they used to if not better.

I have a Passion and have been called to work with bodies that are just not available yet. I choose to use Available and Able to describe the two way a muscle or a to make it simple a BODY can be . This idea evolved from something I was told as child. I was told that I will ALWAYS have FAITH. I believe that in order the have true faith, you must have HOPE in all things, even if its only a pin drop. So we start with learning words that encourage HOPE for your BODY. If you are ready and looking to invest the time back into you body, Then my Island is for you. I will listen to you, push you, modiative you and help you discover what it feels like to live without pain.

Our mission is committing to relearn by reteaching the body how to be AVAILABLE to move. By learning to move again your body will learn how to be free from Chronic pain, your body will recover from soreness quicker and heal faster. By investing your valuable time to yourself I Believe that together we can not just help you become more ABLE to move , become more aware of how you , the importance of your body and most importantly help you feel better.

By understanding your limitations and listening to what you say about your body, together we /design a massage that works for you at your pace, speed and comfort level. Its important to me that we understand what works for your body so that we are always maintaining a level of comfort and confidence in the body. We will keep track of your improvements and setbacks (if any) so that we stay on the goal we establish for ourselves. Therefore I am licensed and knowledgeable in many different areas of massage and will forever be incorporating alternative ways to Heal.
