Prescribed Massage Studio offers targeted massage and bodywork treatments uniquely customized per the concerns of the client. Rebecca Wood, a licensed massage therapist with 18 years of massage therapy experience, specializes in rehabilitative massage therapy designed to address acute and chronic pain and conditions characterized by limited or decreased range of motion.  As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Medical Massage Practitioner, Rebecca also provides post operative therapies including Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Other services offered by Prescribed Massage Studio may include but are not limited to Medical Massage Therapy, Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Relaxation Techniques, and body and skin care therapies designed to contribute to the general health and wellness of the client. While some health insurance plans do cover massage therapy techniques, Prescribed Massage does not do health insurance billing at this time; Clients have the right to pursue reimbursement for Medical Massage Treatments for some or all of the out of pocket costs incurred depending on the terms of his or her policy.
