About
After many years as a practicing dental hygienist who regularly received massages for all of the aches and pains associated with the job, I decided to move to the other side of the table. I have found so much joy in practicing massage therapy. I know what a difference regular massage treatments can make in dealing with the chronic pain that can accompany our profession. I also know that when we feel better physically, we are more content and more productive in all aspects of life. So many of our jobs contribute to muscle pain because of poor body mechanics or repetitive tasks. Office work that requires hours of sitting and being in front of a computer screen can be so taxing on our bodies. I can help relieve this pain. Are you a dental professional or office professional struggling with muscle aches and pains that are often a result of ergonomic challenges and repetitive nature related to these jobs? I want to alleviate your stress and pain. I also provide intra-oral TMJ massage. Stress often manifests by clenching or grinding your teeth. This causes soreness, pain, and trigger points in the muscles of the face. My years as a dental hygienist and familiarity with the mouth are an advantage to you or anyone who is experiencing TMJ pain.- Let me relieve the painful symptoms of TMJ disorder. My goal is to provide relief and relaxation at every visit.
