I am a big family man, husband, father, veteran, and dog lover. As a continuing Student of Life, I'm currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. Intrigued by the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and after a few sports related injuries I have become fascinated with chronic pain, wanting to understand where it comes from, if it can be alleviated, and how we learn to compensate when it persists. Massage is one of the oldest and strongest conduits for healing, and recovery. I love using this ancient therapy to assist others with identifying any source of discomfort, fatigue and pain. I specialize in exploring new ideas to balance time and flexibility, while maintaining to the rigors of our daily routines and responsibilities.
