Each session is built around what your body needs — not a routine I apply to everyone. Your tissues tell a story, and I'm here to listen: where tension lives, how patterns developed, what needs to shift for lasting change.

I work primarily with myofascial release, with an emphasis on structural balance and clinical problem-solving. Depending on what I find and what your body is asking for, I integrate visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, intraoral work for jaw dysfunction, lymphatic techniques, and trauma-informed somatic approaches when they arise naturally in the work.

The goal is depth over coverage. I'd rather spend the time we have doing thorough, corrective work on what's actually bothering you than rushing through a full-body checklist. No two sessions are the same — even with the same person — because bodies change, and so does the work.

This approach works well for chronic pain, structural imbalances, post-surgical recovery, old injuries, and conditions that haven't fully resolved with other treatment. I work alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and other providers when collaboration serves your healing.

Session lengths:

• 60 minutes ($150) — Focused, detailed work on specific areas
• 90 minutes ($200) — Time to address broader patterns and multiple regions (most common)
• 120 minutes ($275) — Comprehensive work for complex conditions or whole-body issues

We'll start with a brief conversation about what's going on and where to focus, then get to work.
