I am a licensed massage therapist with over 500 hours of education in anatomy, kinesiology, and various massage techniques, which I gained during my certification training. Additionally, I have pursued continuing education in myofascial release and trigger point therapy to further refine my skills and offer more effective treatments. With over 100 hours of hands-on experience performing massages, I am committed to delivering personalized care to address each client’s unique needs, whether for relaxation or specific therapeutic goals. Though I'm relatively new to the industry, I bring a passion for helping others and a strong foundation in bodywork.
