Hi, I'm Heather. I consider myself to be a compassionate person. I have always enjoyed making people smile, making people feel loved and valuable, and helping people in whatever way I can. I connect with clients through the power of touch & my massage therapy skills include Swedish, therapeutic, lymphatic drainage, Prenatal, hot stone & chair massage. I'm also now offering Palliative & Hospice Care Massage. The benefits of massage are numerous including improved circulation, soothing sore muscles, easing anxiety and depression, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress hormones, and stimulating the lymphatic system.
