With over 20 years of experience in the Physical Therapy setting, it has been a privilege to work with many different members of the community including pediatrics, young adults, adults and the elderly, addressing issues in sports medicine/orthopedics, post surgical rehabilitation, acute/chronic pain management and stress/anxiety reduction. My practice as a Massage Therapist is to offer an integrative approach of treatment using multiple modalities including Swedish and Shiatsu massage, Deep tissue sports massage, Positional Release Therapy (PRT), Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release and Reiki.
