About
I think the best massage happens when the client is comfortable and relaxed. I like to think I'm an easy going guy, a bit awkward and quirky. I was taught early in my career that you can't force a muscle to relax but you can coax it. My technique tends to be a combination of relaxation and Trigger Point when doing deep tissue with a smattering of Thai Yoga Massage(stretching) thrown in.
Graduated from Mind Body Institute in Nashville back in 2013 and lived in various parts of the country since then. Trained in Trigger Point, Myofascial, Hot Stone, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal and Thai Yoga Massage.
