I’m Paula Scheftic, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master practicing massage since 2015. My approach is simple: I don’t just want to find the tight spot. I want to understand why it’s tight.

Every body is different, and what you need can change from one session to the next. I take time to listen to what you’re experiencing and consider your work, workouts, posture, repetitive movements, stress, and everyday habits when creating your session.

My work can be deep and therapeutic when needed, but I don’t believe effective massage has to mean excessive pain or bruising. Pressure and techniques are adjusted throughout your session based on what your body needs and how it responds.

Techniques I may incorporate include:

I may also incorporate complimentary targeted Red Light Therapy or Magnesium Lotion into your massage based on your needs and preferences. Full-body Red Light Therapy in the Recovery Pod is available as a separate wellness service or as an add-on before massage.

Whether you come in with neck and shoulder tension, low-back discomfort, soreness from an active lifestyle, or simply need time to slow down and decompress, your session is designed around what your body needs that day.

My goal isn’t to give every person the same massage. It’s to provide skilled, thoughtful care that helps you feel more comfortable in your body.
