Kristie Metcalf

Kristie is a 2022 graduate of Massage Therapy from Central Carolina Technical College where she graduated Magnum Cum Laude. Her favorite modality in massage is myofascial release along with Swedish massage for a pure relaxation massage. Working with clients with sciatica pain is a challenge she enjoys. Any form of massage that helps the client relax and feel better is what Kristie likes to do. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, she was a radiologic Technologist for 21 years specializing in Mammography. Upon retiring from that profession, she found herself wanting to continue to help other people out and chose a second career in massage therapy. When she’s not massaging Kristie is involved in Living history doing timelines from the 17th and 18th Centuries. She even sews much of her and her husband's historically correct wardrobe. In her spare time, she can be found riding her horse CJ at events and around town.
