I'm an advanced John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach bodywork specialist. This technique uses gentle forces and sustained holds to ease the tensions in the body, restoring movement and function.  I am also a nationally certified lymphedema therapist and can help with the long term management of your lymphedema, as well as helping with post-surgery care such as liposuction or reconstruction surgeries.
