Body Alignment MaintenanceI implement a combination of Swedish, myofascial, trigger point, PNF stretches and sports massage that results in what I call my B.A.M.! technique. I work in tandem with you to improve your functionality and flexibility through massage therapy. Within the escape of a relaxing farm atmosphere I offer to seek out and work through problematic areas/tensions you may be carrying. My hope for all my patrons within their own individual goals is to help increase strength, capability, longevity, and overall ease. By addressing pain directly/indirectly on the table, depending on your preference, I hope to broaden your view of what you are capable of. While you make adjustments in your own daily habits in conjunction with continued personalized massage therapy, we will aim together to remove impingements (pain and restricted movement) and cultivate a feeling of ease and strong desire in the act of improving your body and your endurance.
