About
I grew up in an athletic family, and spent most of my childhood and adolescent years on a soccer field, a track or in a dance studio. I entered the Canadian Soccer Association training program at age 14, and continued to play at an elite level for the next 8 years. Before getting my massage license, I graduated from Penn State University, where I played on the women's soccer team, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I am familiar with pain and injury, every part of my body has been injured at one point or another. I have a deep respect for any treatment that will help your body heal naturally and improve performance quickly. I will always try my best to help keep your body in the healthiest condition possible. Why live in pain when you don't have to?I offer 30, 60, and 90 minute massages.
