I'm a licensed massage therapist, lifelong mover, and nature lover offering intentional, personalized Thai bodywork rooted in deep listening.

My sessions are tailored to your needs, blending deep tissue, stretching, and joint mobilization to support pain relief, mobility, and overall well-being.

I bring over 750 hours of massage training, including ongoing study in Traditional Thai Medicine, and a background in movement education, wilderness therapy, and academic coaching.
