My work focuses on craniosacral therapy, polarity balancing and deep tissue massage treating the whole person with the intention of unwinding the tissues from patterns of strain and tension. I help clients develop a stronger body connection and a positive attitude towards life. I have completed hatha yoga teacher training and taught hatha yoga for six years.
