I have been practicing massage for 24 years and I so love my job!I specialize in deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point release.I have been lucky to work within the physical therapy realm through my whole career. I most enjoy helping people through acute or chronic pain in specific areas of the body. Helping people recover from injury and then continuing a maintenance routine is the majority of my practice.
