Mark Hemmerich

Changing how you feel, one muscle at a time.

Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is more manageable by decreasing aches and pains.

If you're looking for a break from reality and would like to begin appreciating the little things again, instead of being chronically frazzled, I can help.

I am friendly, respectful, and professional.

Specialties include Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Force Line Treatment, Neuro Balencing, Myofascial Release and Chair Massage.

I've been practicing massage for over 10 years and continually challenge myself to learn more. I offer a variety of techniques and services tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab, to active stretching, I work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.

Desk jockeys, weekend warriors, stretched to near breaking Moms, let me show you what reclaiming your body and your sanity feels like.

I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

Sincerely,

Mark Hemmerich, LMT, Wellness Coach
