Hi I’m Jes, a licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience and certified in Yoga, Hypnosis, Reiki, and an Auto Accident Specialist. My passion is helping active adults who deal with upper body pain and stress find relief and feel at home in their bodies again.

A lot of the discomfort my clients experience comes from muscular imbalances—whether from an old injury, poor posture, or simply too much time at a desk.
