I am a second-generation massage therapist with over a decade of experience in the industry. My expertise lies in blending spa and medical-based massage modalities to deliver a holistic experience to clients. Over the course of ten years, I have honed my skills in spa-based treatments, including scrubs, wraps, and hair and facial treatments. Additionally, I have spent a comparable amount of time working in medical-based massage environments, where I have specialized in modalities such as sports massage, cranial sacral therapy, trigger point therapy, active release, and shoulder-focused techniques.As a former gymnastics coach with over nine years of experience, I have developed a passion for helping athletes in their recovery process.
