Kel Phillips

Kel Phillips is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of AMTA. She has over 700 hours of training and is a graduate of Integrated Massage Therapy College, Edmond Oklahoma. She graduated in 2018 and specializes in Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy as well as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Some of her other specialties includes Deep tissue massage, trigger point treatment, therapeutic massage, stress and pain relief as well as reflexology and cupping. She loves to promote the benefits that assistive stretching techniques, when executed properly greatly help in reducing pain and in restoring joint rotation.
