I specialize mostly in Rehabilitated and restorative Massage Therapy. Although I still do full body Swedish Massage, My primary work is to relieve the pain and dysfunction in the patient. Relaxation is nice but. how can someone relax if they are in pain? Working with Athletes from high school,college, the NFL to olympic hopefuls has given me a broader veiw and scope of my abilities. Increasing the performance while reducing the pain from injury or over stressed muscles is the goal for them. The non-athlete, getting back to their normal way of living without pain is the focus there... I am always working to further my education and knowledge so I can better help my patients.
