I've practiced swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release for 21 years, with over 6,000 massage therapy sessions. I also have specialized in cranio-sacral therapy for 20 years. I'm very compassionate and thorough with my clients to increase relaxation and stress reduction, and reduce their symptoms of pain, numbness, etc. I have continued my professional education with adding nutritional consulting and herbalism as well with separate appointments from the massage therapy.
