Rachel Chaparro

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2007. I started my career working in a day spa where the focus was primarily relaxation massage. After experiencing chronic neck pain from multiple car accidents, I was searching for solutions to help me not only personally but professionally.

In 2018, I attended my first seminar with John F. Barnes, and it completely changed the direction of my work. I went on to take all of my myofascial release training directly with him which shaped my understanding of the work and its impact. I was immediately drawn to effectiveness of myofascial release and continued my education to become an expert-level therapist focused on addressing the root causes of pain and restriction.

Having found hope and relief through this work myself, I’m passionate about guiding you toward the same results so you can move more freely, feel better in your body, and return to an active lifestyle with confidence.
