Nikki Legere

Hi, I’m Nikki Legere, a dedicated manual therapy practitioner specializing in Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, and Craniosacral Therapy. My work is rooted in advanced, hands-on training and a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right support. ‍ Through extensive post-graduate education in these specialized therapies, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of how connective tissue, internal organs, and the nervous system work together as an integrated whole. My training in Myofascial Release focuses on sustained techniques to address fascial restrictions contributing to pain and limited mobility. Visceral Manipulation allows me to assess and treat restrictions affecting organ mobility and their influence on surrounding structures. Craniosacral Therapy provides a gentle yet powerful way to support the central nervous system and restore balance throughout the body. ‍ I believe pain and dysfunction are rarely isolated; they often reflect deeper patterns within the body. Rather than chasing symptoms, I take a whole-body approach—carefully listening, assessing, and treating the underlying causes of restriction.
