Sarah Herold

Sarah Herold, LMT graduated from Ohio College of Massotherapy in 2013 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science-Massotherapy. At OCM Sarah was trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Myofascial and Neuromuscular Therapy modalities. Since finishing school, Sarah has continued her education in Essential Oils, Headache & Sinus Treatments, TMJ Disfunction, Thai Massage, Ashiatsu Massage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) & Cupping.Sarah has a natural heavier touch, but has the ability to feel the needs of the muscles and body tissues in order to customize each appointment to feel the needs of the muscles and body tissues in order to customize each appointment to her client's needs.
