Hello! Im originally from Red Wing Minnesota, but have been in the Fargo area for 5 years now. I became interested in massage due to my passion for health and fitness. I have dealt with chronic pain and many injuries from weightlifting which has motivated me to learn as much as can about musculoskeletal dysfunction in the body. I completed the 900 hour program at the salon professional academy in Fargo, and since then have developed a niche in deep tissue, trigger point, myofacial, and sports massage. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to finding the root cause of the pain you are experiencing, and passionate about educating my clients about common posture and movement dysfunction and what they can do to fix it.
