I aim to help alleviate folks' aches and pains, while allowing them to be more in tune with their soul and spirit. I am skilled at providing deep tissue, Swedish, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, geriatric, adolescent, and pregnancy massage. I am a firm believer that massage therapy is a key piece in the wellness puzzle we call life. Each and every session is custom tailored to your needs and what you'd like out of our time spent together. I will use my network of other therapists to refer you if there is a modality I don't currently practice that could benefit you in other ways. In my free time I enjoy reading non-fiction books, spending time with our three dogs, and being outdoors in nature near water.
