James Gullekson

Hi! I’m James Gullekson, licensed massage therapist, registered nurse, and founder of Fargo Moorhead Therapeutic Massage.  My mission is simply to improve your quality of life. I have been a massage therapist since 2021, and after breaking my neck in 2000, I have been drawn to helping others who suffer from head, neck, and shoulder discomfort. I went to physical therapy, and did not notice the level of relief I was seeking. It was after receiving frequent massages that I noticed an increase in my neck mobility and a decrease in discomfort. I desire to bring that to others.  I founded Fargo Moorhead Therapeutic Massage in 2022, after working as a registered nurse in medical-surgical, cancer center, and hospice (end of life) care since 2005. I have served hundreds of clients with massage and have gained great results. As a graduate of Elite Massage Academy, we have double the number of hours in schooling and clinic than the state requires. I am ready to meet your needs!  As Fargo-Moorhead's leader in massage for head, neck, and shoulder discomfort, my goal is to improve your quality of life by gaining you relief in discomfort or immobility. Unlike other massage therapist, I welcome new issues, old issues, and specialize in this work. Whether your pain stems from accident, injury, stress, chronic desk work or poor posture, there is relief to be had! My goal is to have a 99% satisfaction rate, and I welcome feedback before, during and after your session. I am here to serve YOU! I am a father of a beautiful 13-year-old daughter. I serve as a worship musician at my local church, and donate a portion of each massage session to my local church. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, the great outdoors, playing music, and watching sports. My childhood nickname is Generous as I love to give to others.
