I graduated from Wake Tech's therapeutic massage and bodywork program that focused a lot on medical massage. I practice and am certified in deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, prenatal and reflexology. I like to educate my clients about their bodies and give advice on preventative self-care tools and habits. I strive to provide a communicative, comfortable and relaxing experience to my clients. Whatever they need for the day I adjust and assess to their needs.
