In 2019, I graduated from Miller-Motte college of Cary, NC. In school, I fell in love with anatomy and kinesiology, and was intrigued by how trauma is stored in our muscles.

By using intentional touch and mindful breath-work, I have helped many clients develop awareness of their bodies and ease pain and tension.

I utilize many techniques such as,

  • Deep tissue
  • Swedish
  • Sports Massage
  • Lymphatic drainage
  • Gua-sha and Cupping.

In every session I focus on your comfort and goals and always enjoy the human connection!

I am currently doing mobile massage whilst working towards opening a studio space!
