My practice is highly integrative. I include several different modalities to create a unique experience for each individual. The main modalities I use are therapeutic massage, facial reflexology, healing touch, aromatherapy and quantum light therapy. Also, I may incorporate heated stones and or heated towels depending on the clients therapeutic needs.
