My own journey began nearly 15 years ago when I graduated from the Southeastern Institute of Massage. As a massage and bodywork therapist, I used Swedish, deep tissue and integrative reflexology techniques to contribute to each client's healing. I also have extensive training in pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and newborn/infant massage.  As a Reiki Master and spiritual educator, I use a variety of healing tools and modalities that help uncover and peel back layers of what's preventing you from thriving and living your best, most empowered, energetic and joyful life. Complete healing! Let's be honest, healing is not a quick fix! It is not a "one and done" proposition. It requires an honest assessment of how you are showing up in your life -- internally and externally. What aligns and reconnects you to joy in a physical, mental and spiritual way?
