I came to Massage Therapy from a career as an Exercise Physiologist running Health Promotion/exercise programs for AT&T for 10 years. I also regularly made personal use of massage as a competitive athlete. Consequently, I bring this background to my practice as a massage therapist focusing on helping to resolve acute injuries, chronic muscular problems, compensation from old injuries or postural issues, and ergonomic related muscular problems. I specialize in deep tissue and have training in CranioSacral I & II, SMRT, and NMT. I focus on trying to resolve causes of muscular problems versus just treating the symptoms and always work with my clients to find the techniques that produce the best results .
