I’m Debra Johnson, a licensed massage and bodywork therapist (NC LMBT #17468) and the owner of The Haven at Cary in Cary, North Carolina. With years of hands-on clinical experience, my work focuses on outcome-driven care that supports healing, recovery, and long-term wellness.I specialize in medical massage, post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage, women’s health massage, pain management, and therapeutic relaxation. Each session begins with listening and assessment so treatment is tailored to what the body needs that day, not a preset routine.My approach blends precision, intuition, and education to help clients improve function, reduce pain, and feel more at home in their bodies. I am especially passionate about supporting clients through post-operative recovery, chronic pain, and life transitions such as pregnancy and menopause.I currently practice at The Haven at Cary, where I provide customized, client-centered care in a calm, professional setting.
