I’m a licensed massage therapist with a deep respect for the healing power of touch and the body’s innate wisdom. My work is rooted in presence, and I approach each session with a calm, grounded energy and a focus on helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported.I believe massage can be more than just relief—it can be a reset, a remembering, and a return to yourself. My style blends therapeutic techniques with intuitive flow, drawing from modalities such as lomi lomi, Thai, deep tissue, and energy-informed bodywork. Whether someone comes in with pain/physical tension, emotional overwhelm, or simply a need to slow down, my goal is always to meet them where they are and hold space for healing. For me, being a massage therapist isn’t just a job—it’s a way of holding space for others to breathe deeper, soften into their bodies, and unfurl what no longer serves them.
