Valerie Kerekes

Valerie Kerekes is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and the State of Hawaii Board of Massage Therapy. She maintains her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She holds a Master's Degree in Health and Physical Education and has recently retired from the Guilford County School system. Valerie received her training in Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy from John F. Barnes, PT , and has been an instructor for the Myofascial Release Seminars. She has been practicing massage since 1971 and incorporated Myofascial Release into her treatments since 1996. Her CranioSacral Therapy expertise has been enhanced by additional training through the Upledger Institute. Valerie is also certified in Integrative Reflexology, Kinesio Taping® and YAMUNA® Table Treatment.
