Ricky Douglas

I have been practicing massage for more than 6 years. I graduated from Kneaded Energy School of Massage (KESM, 2016) and worked in the KE professional practice in Greensboro, NC where I also graduated from Guilford College (2014) with a Bachelor's of Science (B.S) degree in Exercise Science. I began practicing to be able to provide an additional service to my personal training clients to help give them a well rounded approach to health and wellness. Over the years, I have truly found a passion for the field of massage and bodywork. I understand it's purpose in recovery and pain management, as well as dealing with the constant, daily struggles of life. I love helping others, and the appreciation and admiration I've received from so many of my clients, over the years, has turned it into a career that I am very proud of. If you need help getting away from reality for a bit or just simply helping your body feel like it should, I can help. Specialties include Swedish, Sports, and Deep tissue work.
